to try to resolve this issue, I took to the Custom Mario Kart Wiiki.
Some names include, 'Noot 1-5,' 'Angry Noot,' 'Confused Grunt,' you get the picture. wav files the mod creator provided have names that might be relevant to Pingu but make it extremely hard to decipher what goes where.
So I'm trying to install this Pingu over Diddy Kong mod on Dolphin, as you do, when I get to the voices.
